The Nipmuc Gridiron Club is a non-profit 501C group, run by Parent Volunteers; which stimulates and supports the Nipmuc High School Football and Cheer activities, and contributes to the athletic needs not covered under the school budget. Every dollar raised goes directly to the Nipmuc Football and Cheerleading programs.  

There are so many ways that you can support these students, as our fundraising efforts are occurring in season and off season.  Below are just some of the ways you can help support our efforts:  

• The NGC committee meets once a month. All are welcome.  

•  Volunteer your time – we appreciate any support 

• Bring your skills to the team:  Taking pictures/ videos 

• Creating fliers for marketing 

• Do you like to cook/ grill ?

• Social Media guru ?

• Helping on Game day with the field set up o Selling concessions / merchandise  

• Bring your families to the games!  

• Parents of players/cheer can purchase a Gridiron membership. Pay once and your immediate family gets into all home games all season for one price.  

• Profits on concessions go directly to NGC; so grab some snacks while you're at the game 

• Do you have a small business or know someone with a small business? We offer sponsor banners that are hung on the school football fence. They can be purchased for the fall season and spring season.  Proceeds go to the NGC and it provides visibility to the business. 

• Do you have other children in high school looking to get NHS or DECA hours?  We will be sending out sign up geniuses for help with concessions during home games as well and some of our other events. 

• Team Dinners: Our pasta dinners are hosted the day before all of our games. It's an opportunity to get the players/cheer together in a family style setting, to eat and have fun before games o Hear words of encouragement from their coaches.  

• Do you like Team swag?  We will be offering apparel sales as well. Support the players by wearing our Team swag that we will be selling as well, t-shirts, sweatshirts, hats and more. 

• Share on Social Media: Throughout the year we publish all of our fundraising events on Facebook and lnstagram. We need more visibility in the community and through networking. o When you see our posts for fundraisers, like, love, comment and share with your family and friends.  

• Hydration is key!  Water, Gatorade’s, Powerade’s, as well as Oranges and Bananas are provided for every game. Please consider donating!

• Too busy to be seen, then go green?  We also accept cash and Venmo donations as well.  o Every penny donated, will provide the players/cheer a memorable and fun experience that will last a lifetime.  

• Check your email spam folders!  We have had many parents state "I didn't get that email." For some reason our emails have a habit of ending up in parents spam or junk folders.  o Please find them and mark us as a legitimate email so you can stay up updated on all events. 

• Games: The school will publish upcoming games and events, but you can also find the football schedule on Arbiterlive. Type in "Nipmuc," find the sports. (Take note that the JV schedule is listed separately from the varsity schedule).
